IÕve had a passion for music since i was a kid. Music spoke to me more than anything else... it was the soundtrack to everyday life. Every memory, wrapped in song, whether it was the music of the day that my parents listened to, or the jazz from the past that my grandparents had on their radio.
Art was also a passion that seemed to go hand in hand with music... as a teenager, I was always sketching out pictures of rockstars... Jimmy Page, Eric Clapton and especially Hendrix! The artwork that was on all of the albums from that time, was part of what drew you to it... And the concert posters were and still are collectable.
For years, IÕve been working to become a musician, while at the same time, my career has been in the graphic arts. When I started to play slide guitar, my ideas became more focused... my creativity sparked... with music and art. The idea of "Coricidin Blues" was born from this creativity...
Now I am creating artwork and designs for local and "not so local" musicians, venues, management companies and producers, as well as small business owners and individuals. My artwork consists largely of show posters, cd projects, graphics for the web and websites... but I've also created business cards, product catalogs, electronic press kits, logos, and brochures and art just for the sake of creating it!
ItÕs something I love doing...along with being a musician, I have a passion for it...
